I hope you all had a lovely Thanksgiving yesterday. Since it's a holiday weekend, I'll be brief. Two things:

I hope your holiday was as warm, relaxing, and fun as ours. For those who don't know, my husband and I are vegan, so we basically have all the traditional t-day food, except "the bird." We make a casserole with bread stuffing topped with mashed potatoes that is mighty fine. Put some mushroom gravy on top and some cranberry sauce on the side, and it's a feast! I'm still full ;-)
